RNG Logistics Spółka z o.o. was established in March 2015. The company’s founders – citizens of Great Britain and Poland, have been investing in real estate in Central and Eastern Europe for about 20 years. RNGL was established to build and manage a portfolio of commercial assets including warehouses and distribution centers.
The company’s activity is currently concentrated in Poland, where RNGL develops its activity based on an aggressive strategy of construction and purchase of dedicated warehouse space in cooperation among others with DHL and DPD.
Using the financial support of its main shareholder – Aqua Ventures International FZE, RNGL currently owns nine fully financed properties throughout Poland, rented out and under construction.
