RNG Logistics own TGP which comprises 38,000 sqm of multi let industrial units.
RNG Logistics are currently undertaking intensive asset management initiatives in order to redevelop the park. As one of the key logistics regions in Poland, tenant demand is strong and significant rental uplift is being achieved.
By March 2020, all smaller tenants will have vacated the park and the remaining occupants have committed to new 10 year lease contracts, paying a market facing post development rent. The proposed development will comprise of over 120,000 SQM.
