Norbert has had a career working in various areas of the property industry; selling residential developments, commercial development sales and marketing, Portfolio Mangement advisory and more recently as an independent investor within the Polish property market.
Norbert has experience in building his own portfolio of Land properties and construction projects.
In 2007, Norbert parented with British and Austrian entities managing the investment companies currently part of RNG CORP Group

Glenn has specialized in developing businesses in Poland and other parts of Eastern Europe for 25 years.
Glenn has successfully founded and sold two large businesses, a Polish Food Processing business he sold in 2007, and Landkom PLC a Ukranian Agriculture business listed on the London Stock exchange I’m 2010.
Since 2010, Glenn has been developing his own property investment Portfolio
Tomasz manages all of the Group’s Investment projects
Tomasz experience including founding and managing an advertising agency and working as an Independent Investment Advisor.
He has over thirty years of professional experience gained working for industrial plants, financial market institutions (including The World Bank), and real estate development. He uses his knowledge to build financial models of planned projects, and generally support investment planning
He has over 20 years’ experience in running his own businesses related to trade, transport and motorization. He thus possesses a deep knowledge of the operating procedures within transport companies, and has deep experience in the field of administration.
Aneta has been with RNG team since 2011, and currently manages office activities and operations, including liaising with accounting firms, law offices, information technology, and with other companies within the Group.
Paweł serves on the Board of W7 Asset Management.
As a legal counsel for the past 10 years, Pawal has advised and litigated for multi-stage investment projects related to the development of properties of PKP S.A., the owner of a large part of railway stations in Poland.
